Registered mediator

Tereza Hanajová is a registered mediator and IP mediator with training and experience in facilitative and transformative mediation. He has been involved in mediation since 2015 and has completed several hundred hours of mediation. He conducts mediation in Czech and English.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the UK and studied mediation and other out-of-court methods of dispute resolution in the context of international business disputes during her study stay at the Faculty of Law, University of Kent, in Great Britain. At the Faculty of Law of the UK, he now participates in the teaching of mediation subjects and preparation for the IBA-VIAC CDRC competition, where he also coaches the mediation team.

Tereza has specialized training in IP mediation, in cooperation with the IP Mediation Center and UPV she lectured on the Mediation Course for Patent Agents, published, among other things, in the journal Industrial Property and regularly participates in professional conferences and seminars organized by WIPO and EUIPO.

Tereza is the co-author of one of the best-selling books on mediation, The Mediators Handle.
