Patent attorney and registered mediator

Ing. Michaela Švihlíková graduated from the University of Economics, majoring in Business and Law. In 2013, she graduated from the Institute of Industrial Law Education of the Industrial Property Office.

Michaela is a Czech patent attorney with authorization for trademarks and industrial designs, as well as a European trademark and design attorney.

She has been continuously engaged in the protection of industrial property rights since 2010. She specializes in trademarks and industrial designs, but her knowledge and experience also extend to other areas of industrial property.

Since 2021, he has been actively involved in mediation and other methods of alternative dispute resolution, especially in the area of intellectual property.

In June 2023, she passed the mediator exams at the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic and became a registered mediator.
