JUDr. Diana Lokajíčková is a registered mediator and IP mediator. She has been engaged in mediation since 2016. She has certificates from a number of mediation training courses in the Czech Republic and abroad. The most important of them are, for example, the Intensive Training of Professional Mediators organized in Krakow under the auspices of INADR, the Mediation and Conflict Resolution course organized by ESSEC Business School and the course organized by UPV for mediators.

 

She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University, where she received a master's and doctoral degree for her work on the evaluation of mediation regulation in the Czech Republic, and from the Cyril Svoboda Diplomatic Academy. Diana was instrumental in establishing the Mediation Clinic at the Faculty of Law of Charles University and is still involved in its operation today.

 

In the field of law, she focuses primarily on copyright law, commercial law and insolvency law. She is the author of professional articles on mediation in practice. In cooperation with attorney Jana Sedláková, she organized a summer law school in 2022.

 

As part of her non-profit activities, she helped with the posvitsi.cz project and is engaged in educational activities within the non-profit association Mediv zs. She speaks fluent English.
