Martina Doležalová was inducted into the Mediation Hall of Fame in 2019 for her long-term contribution and work in the field of mediation. She is the founder of mediation in civil and commercial matters at the Czech Bar Association. In the same year, 2019, she was declared Mediator of the Year of the Czech Republic. He practices full-time mediation in commercial and civil matters. She has mediated hundreds of cases since 2013, when she was registered in the List of Registered Mediators at the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic. She is highly rated by clients for her professionalism and personal approach. She is repeatedly (2019, 2020, 2021) listed in the London Who Is Who Legal Mediation ranking as a recommended mediator in the Czech Republic. In 2011, she was also certified in mediation by the Brussels Bar Association and the Czech Bar Association, including a Diploma in Commercial Mediation. Since 2016, she has been a conciliator in consumer disputes between a lawyer and a consumer at the Czech Bar Association, appointed chairman of the Czech Bar Association. JUDr. Martina Doležalová, PhD. she is the head of the ADR Section at the Czech Bar Association as an advisory body to the Board of Directors of the Chamber, lecturer in mediation at the Czech Bar Association, the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and the CEVRO Institute in Prague (postgraduate program LLM Mediation and Arbitration). To date, it has trained more than 250 lawyers in mediation. She is the head of the author's collective and co-author of the commentary on the Mediation Act (Beck publishing house 2014). She is also the author of a number of professional articles and conference contributions at home and abroad on the topic of mediation. In 2014, she successfully completed her doctoral studies at the Department of Commercial Law of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in the field of Private International Law (PhD.). She has been a member of the Czech Bar Association (lawyer) since 1996.  Work experience: contract law, real estate law, commercial and civil law. Language skills: Czech, Slovak, German, English (active), Russian (passive).
