Motto: "Why judge with an uncertain outcome and rely on others when you can directly influence the matter and make a decision based on your needs and possibilities, which you know best."

From my experience, I know that the best decisions are usually those that you can reach on your own. However, sometimes the path to such a decision leads only and only with the help of an experienced mediator who is able to show the matter from a different perspective and in a different light. Therefore, do not rely too much on the decisions of others. Such decisions often do not address your true needs and interests and may not even be functional. It is safer and more certain to seek a solution through mediation, where the mediator does not decide, like a judge or arbitrator, for the parties in the dispute, but "only" helps the parties with his knowledge, experience and, last but not least, attentive perception of their individual case and various mediation skills proven in practice, so that the parties themselves actively reach a resolution to their disputes and conflicts.

Chytří se zbytečně nehádají a nesoudí, ale řeší své spory efektivně v mediaci, a to dohodou založenou na principech rozumu, slušnosti, nadhledu a respektu nejen vůči druhým, ale i vůči sobě.

I would be honored to assist you on your journey to reaching a mediation agreement and guide you through the mediation process as a functional and proven alternative capable of resolving your commercial or IP dispute.
