

Mgr. Tereza Hanajová
Registered mediator
Tereza Hanajová is a registered mediator and IP mediator with training and experience in facilitative and transformative mediation. She has been practicing mediation since 2015 and has several hundred hours of mediation experience. She conducts mediation in Czech and English.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Charles University, and studied mediation and other out-of-court dispute resolution methods in the context of international commercial disputes during a study stay at the Faculty of Law, University of Kent, in the United Kingdom. At the Faculty of Law, Charles University, she is currently involved in teaching mediation courses and preparing for the IBA-VIAC CDRC competition, where she also coaches the mediation team.
Tereza has specialized training in IP mediation, in cooperation with the IP Mediation Center and the UPV she lectured on the Mediation Course for Patent Attorneys, published in the journal Průmyslové vlastnictví, among others, and regularly participates in professional conferences and seminars organized by WIPO and EUIPO.
Tereza is the co-author of one of the best-selling books on mediation, The Mediator's Handle.
