

Mgr. Tereza Hanajová
Registered mediator
Tereza Hanajová is engaged in mediation as a registered mediator, academic and lecturer. She completed specialized training in IP mediation and, in cooperation with the IP Mediation Centre and the Industrial Property Office, lectured on the Mediation Course for Patent Attorneys. She publishes, among others, in the Industrial Property magazine and regularly participates in professional conferences and seminars organized by WIPO and EUIPO. She actively represents the IP Mediation Centre in the Mediation Centre Stakeholder Network at the EUIPO.
She has been involved in mediation since 2015 and has more than a thousand hours of mediation experience. She conducts mediation in both Czech and English.
As part of her academic activities, she works at the Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Faculty of Law, Charles University, where she is a doctoral student and researcher. She is part of a research team focused on the effectiveness of first ordered meetings with a registered mediator and also teaches courses focused on mediation and negotiation. She also coaches the faculty's mediation team for the international CDRC competition, in which students under her leadership took 1st place in 2024 and 3rd place in 2023.
She is also involved in the education of future mediators, has experience in facilitating public meetings, is a co-author of the book The Mediator's Handbook, and acts as an examiner for the exams of registered mediators.
