Lawyer and registered mediator
Mgr. Žaneta Vítů (*1978) graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University and then began working in the field of advocacy in Břeclav. In 2011, she expanded her professional portfolio to include providing mediation services. She is a lecturer in the field of law, mediation and other topics.
She gained her first knowledge and experience in mediation thanks to the first grant-funded education in the field of mediation organized by the Czech Bar Association in cooperation with the Brussels Bar Association.
He is trained in several specialized areas of mediation, including commercial and IP mediation. He participates in practical training of other mediators to enhance their mediation skills.
He is one of the first registered mediators in the Czech Republic with a high number of cases and a wide range of cases solved. He adapts his mediation style to the needs of his clients and the conflict being resolved.
She is a member of the working section of the Czech Bar Association for Alternative Dispute Resolution, which is an advisory body to the board of directors of the Czech Bar Association, and a regular and active participant in round tables and conferences in the field of mediation organized by the Faculty of Law of Palacký University. She is an examiner for the state examination in mediation.
