

JUDr. Petra de Brantes
Lawyer, formerly a patent attorney
JUDr. Petra de Brantes graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and received her postgraduate doctoral degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.
He has been practicing intellectual property law, especially copyright, unfair competition, and licensing agreements, since 1992. His practice has long focused on resolving disputes in this area, including out-of-court settlements.
In 1995 she became a patent attorney. In 2001–2003 she worked at the Mikš & Suk law firm, focusing on commercial law. Since 2004 she has been an attorney and partner at KOREJZOVA LEGAL. Since 2010 she has been a registered Eurolawyer with the authority to represent clients in the Slovak Republic.
Since 2024, she has been a member of the mediation commission of the ECTA organization, where she specializes in mediation in the field of intellectual property law at the European Union level.
She is the author of a Czech chapter on the enforcement of intellectual property rights through border measures published by Oxford University Press (2006).
