Chairman of the Board of Directors of the IP Mediation Center

RNDr. Jiří Lošťák, Ph.D. graduated from the Faculty of Science of the University of Olomouc (Mathematics-Physics, Computer Science), where he received his doctorate in 1989. He is a graduate of the Czech Institute for Marketing (CIMA). He studied at the Brno Business School PF VUT Brno (MBA Nottingham Trend University) and completed his doctoral studies at the VŠB - TU Ostrava in the field of Business Economics and Management (Ph.D.).

He has been involved in franchising since 1998. In 2004, he opened his consulting office in Olomouc. In the same year, he became a full member of the Czech Franchising Association. Since 2006, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the ČAF. Since 2021, he has been an expert at the IP Mediation Center Prague for the field of franchising and since 2024, the chairman of its board of directors. He provides consulting services throughout the Czech and Slovak Republics.

The office works on major franchising projects, participates in the entry of foreign franchising systems into the Czech Republic and is active in the field of presentations at seminars, conferences and trade fairs, thereby contributing to the popularization of franchising among both professional and lay audiences. It is the guarantor of the Franchising School.

The office has developed a mobile and online application for the management and administration of the e-HandBook and FAQBook franchise networks.
