Our mission
We focus on fast, confidential and expertly managed resolution of intellectual property disputes – from patents, trademarks and designs to software and know-how to licensing and franchise agreements. The goal is to end the dispute with an agreement that makes economic sense for both parties, while protecting their long-term business relationships.
We understand how mediation relates to legal proceedings, including court-ordered mediation, statutes of limitations, and enforcement of agreements. This makes IP mediation a safe alternative for entrepreneurs and lawyers, not a dead end – it can be followed up with further legal action if needed.
We also bring to mediation detailed insight into the licensing structures, technology transfers and IP relationships that are at the heart of the dispute. We also consider competition and distribution aspects – such as vertical restraints, selective distribution or franchise requirements – which can scuttle a deal if underestimated.
IP mediation is not a "soft compromise", but a professionally led negotiation that takes seriously both the legal risks and the business realities of both parties.

Our mediation team
An IP mediator is an impartial specialist in intellectual property disputes,
which leads the parties to an agreement according to the rules of alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
A team of lawyers, patent attorneys and mediators with experience in technology, franchising and licensing participates in resolving IP disputes.

Our expert team
An expert is a specialist in a given area of intellectual property,
who can be called upon to quickly and effectively resolve the dispute during negotiations between the parties.
Experts help parties understand the technical, economic and business impacts of the dispute,
so that the agreement is based on real data

Technological and manufacturing companies – disputes over patents, know-how, industrial designs.
E-shops and brands – disputes over trademarks, domains, marketing.
Franchising and licensing – disputes between franchisor and franchisees.
Universities / research – disputes over research results and their use.

We will arrange a confidential mediation session led by an IP mediator – an impartial intellectual property expert.
We will help both parties identify their interests and the real risks of litigation.
We will invite experts (e.g. for IP valuation, franchising, patents) if there is a need to substantiate the negotiations with facts.
We are negotiating an agreement – licensing agreement, coexistence of brands, regulation of cooperation, financial settlement.
We will help convert the agreement into a legally binding document.
